TUBING

Steel tubes are versatile and durable components used in construction, automotive, and energy industries for structural support and fluid transport. They are essential in building frames, bridges, pipelines, scaffolding, automotive chassis, furniture, and agricultural equipment.

SOLID BARS

Solid bars (steel/aluminium) are non-hollow, high-strength, and durable components widely used for structural support, manufacturing components, and construction reinforcement.

Solid bars (rebar) are steel rods designed to strengthen concrete and masonry structures. Common uses include foundations/footings, columns/pillars, beams/girders, slabs/floors, retaining walls, and driveways/patios.

ANGLES

Steel angles, often called angle iron, are L-shaped structural steel pieces used for supporting, reinforcing, and framing in construction, manufacturing, and fabrication. Due to their high strength-to-weight ratio, they are essential for reinforcing corners, creating durable frames, building shelves, and supporting beams in buildings, bridges, and machinery.

FLAT BARS

Flat bars are a fundamental building support material. They are mostly used for support braces, ladder hangers, gate latches, ductwork, overhead doors, and bracing.

BEAMS

Beams are horizontal structural elements designed to support heavy vertical loads, resist bending moments, and transfer weight to columns, walls, or foundations. They provide stability to buildings and bridges by resisting shear forces and external impacts such as wind and vibrations.

COLUMNS

Columns are vertical structural members in construction designed to carry compressive loads (the weight of roofs, floors, and beams) down to the foundations, ensuring building stability and preventing collapse. They transfer dead loads and live loads, and provide resistance against lateral forces such as earthquakes and wind.

CHANNELS

Steel channels (U-shaped profiles) are structural components used primarily for support, reinforcement, and framing in construction and manufacturing. They are crucial for building frames, roof trusses, and wall studs, as well as in fabricating machine frames, vehicle chassis, and trailer fabrication.

SHEETS

Steel sheets are versatile, durable, and cost-effective materials used extensively in construction, automotive manufacturing, and industrial applications for items like vehicle bodies, roof panels, and machinery enclosures. Steel sheets are widely used in manufacturing and construction to create durable components such as automobile bodies, roofing panels, home appliances, and structural framing.

SPECIAL SHEETS

Such as BMS, EN8/9/19/24.

Bright Mild Steel (BMS) is a low-carbon, cold-finished steel characterized by a smooth, bright surface. It has high dimensional accuracy and excellent machinability. Key applications include Machinery Components: extensively used for shafts, axles, gears, and pump components; Fasteners & Repetition Work: ideal for high-speed, automated production of bolts, nuts, studs, and couplings; Decorative & Structural: preferred for handrails, furniture, and light architectural work due to its clean finish.

Pipes

ASTM A53/A106, SANS 62 (light/medium/heavy), ASTM A252

Steel pipes are primarily used to transport fluids and gases (oil, natural gas, water) over long distances, serving as critical infrastructure in the energy, construction, and manufacturing industries.

Fittings

  • Elbows (For Turning)
  • Tees (For Branching)
  • Couplings (For Joining)
  • Reducers (For Changing Sizes)
  • Caps/Plugs (For Sealing)
  • Nipples (For Connecting & Extending)
  • Sockets (For Leak-Proof Joints)
  • Unions (For Connecting)
  • Reducing Bushes (For Connecting)

Flanges

A flange is a protruding ridge, lip, or rim—typically metal—used to connect pipes, valves, pumps, and other equipment in piping systems. It is available in Weld Neck (high pressure/temperature), Slip-On (low cost/pressure), Socket Weld (small, high-pressure lines), Threaded (no welding), Lap Joint (frequent maintenance), and Blind (closing systems).
